• Competitors' proposals must be within 30 days and accompanied by a copy for verification.
• For labor quote matches, the company must be licensed, bonded, and insured. Technicians must also be certified to install the product with factory training to handle warranty claims and service the unit. Additionally, technicians must undergo drug and background checks.
• The company must have the same Better Business Bureau and Angie's List rating as ours. Online retailers must have the item in stock with the same model number.

Our price match does not apply to free offers, limited-quantity, clearance or closeout items, open-box or refurbished items, mail-in offers, bundle offers, or pricing errors. Price comparisons to auction site pricing, such as eBay, Craigslist, or Amazon Z-Shops, are not allowable under this program.
